This Merritt, NC homeowner contacted our office looking for a permanent solution for their unlevel, bouncy floor problem. Our team thoroughly assessed the foundation and crawl space and discovered the support columns in the crawl space were compromised and no longer supporting the weight of the home. To lift, level, and stabilize the floor, we installed our SmartJack Crawl Space Support Posts. 

Our customer had previous work done to their home that did not fix their issue so they called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair and we where able to fix their home the right way with our Smart Jack System.

Foundation piers can solve settlement problems by transferring a structure's weight to strong, competent supporting soils at greater depth.

To permanently restore and stabilize this customers settling slab foundation, we installed our Slab Pier System. 

The old attic insulation was ridden with mold and feces from rodents it was not sufficient to keep the home cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Our crew removed the old attic insulation and replace it with the cellulose insulation that has repellent to repel the rodents also it is fire retardant.
