SmartJack Support Posts were installed to lift and level the sagging floor above the crawl space. Cracks formed in the walls due to soil settlement. The jacks will keep the foundation stable and prevent further sinking/cracking. 

We installed SmartJacks to repair a sagging floor above a crawl space. These steel supports were strategically placed to stabilize and lift the floor, addressing the structural issue and restoring its proper level. This solution ensures long-term stability and prevents further sagging.

A customer was experiencing sagging floors and noticeable wall/floor gaps due to foundation settlement. To address this, we installed SmartJack Posts, which are steel support systems designed to stabilize and lift settled floor joists or beams. The process involved excavating areas for the SmartJacks, securely placing them on engineered footings, and adjusting the posts to lift and level the floor. This solution restored the floor's stability and eliminated the gaps, ensuring long-term structural support for the home.

GeoLock anchors were used to straighten this retaining wall back to its original position. Steel anchors were embedded in stable soil away from the retaining wall using long, galvanized rods. Once in place, the anchor rods are tightened, pulling the wall back to its original position and providing long-term structural stability.
