This customer in Carthage, NC had problems with sagging floors and walls in the home cracking. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was happy to help fix the issues with our SmartJack System.

This homeowner struggled with sagging floors above their crawl space due to support posts that weren't providing adequate support. To permanently support, lift, and level the sagging floors, we removed the existing posts and installed our SmartJack Support System. 

With our rust-resistant, durable SmartJack Support Post System, we permanently leveled and stabilized the floor above the this homeowner's basement.  

We fixed a sinking foundation by installing our foundation pier system. This involved driving sturdy steel piers deep into the ground until they reached stable soil. Once in place, the piers were used to lift and stabilize the foundation, preventing further sinking and restoring it to its proper position. This solution is both effective and long-lasting, addressing the root cause of the problem.

A damp crawl space resulted in wood rot in the floor joists and bouncy floors above. In order to ensure permanent stabilization and lift, we installed SmartJack Support Posts.
