Chesa contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair as she had a dehumidifier in the crawl space of the home but the crawl space liner did not cover the crawl space properly. Our crew installed our CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System in the home using our 10 mil CleanSpace Liner, SilverGlo, SaniDry CX, SmartSump and a Custom Crawl Space Door.

After our team provided a free, thorough foundation assessment, it was decided to install our Helical Pier system to permanently stabilize the home. Helical piers were driven deep into stable soil layers, where they provide strong support. These piers were screwed into the ground using helical-shaped plates, which distribute the home's weight evenly and prevent further settling. Once in place, they lift and secure the foundation, restoring stability to the structure.
