To prevent moisture seeping into the soil underneath the slab a concrete joint sealant is used to seal the crack.

We used PolyLevel to lift and stabilize the sinking concrete slab, injecting the high-density foam beneath it to fill voids and raise it back to the proper level. Once the slab was leveled, we sealed the joints with NexusPro to protect against water infiltration and prevent future damage. The process was quick, minimally invasive, and left the slab looking great and functioning properly.

A concrete slab on a walkway had started to sink from years of settlement and became a danger for the residents. Our crew was able to fix the issues with the PolyLevel Injection System. The benefit of using the PolyLevel System is that it is a much less disruptive and less invasive method for concrete leveling that utilizes a high- density expanding polyurethane foam and a few small penny-size holes through the sunken slab and fills the areas with the foam. The injection holes can easily be filled and depending on the size of the project can be completed in just a few hours and ready for use shortly after.
