CleanSpace Vapor Barrier was installed to completely block moisture and musty odors from seeping into this crawl space. It was installed throughout the space, which included the walls, support columns and floor.

Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair replaced the old, thin and failing vapor barrier with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. Unlike the old 6mil liner vapor barrier the CleanSpace System is a 20 mil thick liner with antimicrobial properties built in to prevent mold and mildew growth. By installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System we are able to separate the problem of the earth's ground from entering the home.
