Michael contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned with moisture issues within the crawl space of his home in Southport, NC.

We scheduled for one of our design specialist, Brannon  to go out and do an inspection. After the inspection, Brannon met with Michael to discuss what he found and what would be the best solution for his crawl space. Brannon proposed for Michael to have an encapsulation done.

By installing the Clean Space Crawl Space Encapsulation System we are able to control the moisture from entering the crawl space from around the foundation walls and the ground.

Joe contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair having concernes about the vapor barrier that was installed in the crawl space of the home. We where able to replace the vapor barrier with our CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System getting rid of the clear 6 mil liner and replacing it with our CleanSpace Liner.

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair made another customer happy with our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. Using our 20 mil liner, SilverGlo, a SmartSump and our SaniDry CX Dehumidifer we where able to clean up and make this nasty crawl space a CleanSpace.

The homeowner was concerned about his home after noticing that he had started to get sagging floors in different parts of this home. He crawled into the crawl space of his home and found that the crawl space had high moisture level, and that there was wood rot and failing support beams. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to help fix the home by installing the SmartJack System after replacing the rotted wood in the home. We also installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System to get rid of the problem that was causing the wood rot.
