Before & After Photos

Last week James Smith, Jason Hodge, Kevin Fernandez, Joe Cameron, and Matt Olands did a waterproofing job in the basement of our home office located on State Route 80, in Apulia.

The foundation of the office is made of old stone walls. Water entered into the basement and was coming in through the stone foundation. Our Foreman and Crew exposed the wet area to clean up the walls. They installed Water Guard along the perimeter of the basement to direct water into the sump pump. They also installed Brightwall to clean up the foundation walls and prevent water from leaking in.

Before tackling their home renovations in McGraw, NY, a homeowner noticed their foundation needed serious help. As you can see in the before photo, the foundation issue seemed daunting. Their existing support system was struggling, evident from the sagging and bouncing floors. As reflected in the before photo, this issue posed a risk to their entire foundation. These galvanized steel supports stabilized the crawl space beams and brought the floors back to their intended elevation.
