Cay's old home in Groton needed some love. The stacked stone foundation needed to be refreshed. Our crews gave Cay's basement the love it needed. Now Cay and her family can sleep with peace of mind.

In Fulton, NY, a homeowner was facing sloping floors, placing both comfort and structural integrity at risk, as the before photo highlights. As a reliable solution, we installed the SmartJack System. This innovative foundation repair addressed weak soils by distributing the home's weight effectively with a solid base of engineered fill, as shown in the after photo. By carefully setting galvanized steel columns on durable bases, we've helped stabilize and lift the floors, restoring them to their original elevation. This home in Fulton, NY was built half way through the 19th century. The owners had concerns because their floors were sloping. There was an undersized beam to hold the floors up but it wasn't strong enough to carry the weight. The home owners found Woodford Brothers on the internet and called the office. Our Customer Care department scheduled an appointment with one of our Design Specialists for a free estimate. The Design Specialist went to the home to take measurements and design a solution. Once a plan was in place our installation crew made quick work of installing our SmartJack system to lift the floors back up. Now that the SmartJAck system is installed, the flooring system is stable for good and the home owners have peace of mind.
