This pair of photos highlights the difference our CleanSpace and WaterGuard products can have on a basement. Both of these products do an excellent job at transforming a basement from a gathering place for water to a dry, protected area. The primary job of both products is to gather seeping water and direct it away from the basement to a sump pump where it is sent out of the home. Call today to see how these products and more can improve the quality of your basement!
This Rensselaerville, NY basement had WaterGuard, TrenchLock, EDC, UltaSump and a CleanSpace Footer Installed to keep it dry all around!
This customer had purchased the property a little over a year prior to giving us a call to look at their crawlspace. The ground was more or less entirely dirt, which meant moisture had no problem getting in and disrupting the house. One of our design specialists met with the homeowner and inspected the area to determine some possible solutions. After getting a good feel for the space and what could be done to combat the moisture, we demoed the project for the homeowner, and they liked what they saw. The first big step for waterproofing this crawlspace was to install CleanSpace along the ground and walls to create a protective barrier from any invading water. Next, a SaniDry Sedona was put in to keep the humidity as low as possible. Installation of this product is easy due to the small size of the dehumidifier, but make no mistake; the SaniDry Sedona is powerful and effective against moisture in the air. With these two products working to protect the crawlspace, water problems won’t be a worry for this homeowner.
This Broadalbin basement was always wet, especially with heavy rains. Our team installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump with a battery back-up to prevent future moisture.
These Broadalbin basement walls were water stained, due to constant water seeping in. Out CleanSpace not only provided a better look, but helps redirect the water, and keep the basement dry.
