This before and after shows how much a Crawl Space Encapsulation can make a difference. This customer called with concerns about water appearing in the crawl space when the groundwater would rise. We decided to encapsulate the crawl space and install the SaniDry Sedona to keep the humidity low. Now, they have a beautiful crawl space that is well insulated and waterproof.

This Schenectady basement had water seepage down the walls, which was leading to some wall crumbling and other damage. Our team installed CleanSpace liner to protect the walls and foundation, until further foundation support is needed!

Homeowners in Schenectady, NY wanted to have their crawlspace looked at due to humidity and moisture concerns. They contacted Adirondack Basement Systems to get an estimate on what could be done to resolve this. One of our crawlspace specialists met with the homeowners and addressed their concerns suggesting the CleanSpace vapor barrier and SilverGlo insulation. CleanSpace vapor barrier is an inorganic material that prevents mold/mildew from growing and moisture from raising humidity levels. SilverGlo crawlspace insulation has tiny graphite particles embedded to reflect heat and prevent it from escaping.
