Randy was a super helpful technician today - he came for my annual service, made sure everything was running as it should be, made some adjustments and cleaned up some equipment, and showed me pictures so I could understand what was done.
My dehumidifier was reaching the end of its life, so Randy was able to replace that in the same visit quickly and with no trouble, without any pressure. Thanks Randy!
