Ash, my service technician was amazing! He was very friendly and professional. He survived the situation and then explained what he was going to do. I was extremely satisfied with the outcome and would strongly recommend Quality 1st Basements. My project entailed lifting the two corner’s of the cement around the stairs of my pool. The right side had over an inch gap between the cement and the pool liner, the left side had around 3/4 of an inch gap.
