the first appointment was for 2 months after we called and the visit took a total of 30 minutes. The people were great but it seemed a little ridiculous that they couldn't send someone out for 20-30 min for 2 months!

Dan McNally was great! He listened carefully to us. He answered all our questions. we never felt pressured to commit. We took months to decide whether to do this and which company to use and Dan happily came back to talk to us a second time when we were ready.
