Here is the dirt crawl space before encapsulation.
This crawl space is the perfect environment for mold growth, pests, and moisture.
After the space flooded, moisture filled the space. Efflorescence began to form on the foundation walls.
We put a moisture vapor barrier over the WaterGuard to help seal the area.
Our crew installed the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System by removing dirt and debris, leveling uneven surfaces, and carefully fitting the liner in the crawl space.
The homeowner needed to encapsulate their crawl space, so they contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems for a solution.
