Scott found standing water in his basement and knew it would eventually lead to mold growth and humidity if he did not find a solution.
Heavy rain was seeping into the basement, so the homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems for an estimate.
Here is the sump pump before we installed our SuperSump Pump System.
The CleanSpace Moisture Barrier prevents water vapor and humidity from passing through the crawl space, keeping it dry and healthy.
As you can see, the basement is damp and musty.
WaterGuard will catch any water that seeps in through the walls and floors and drain it to the sump pump system.
The basement was not protected against water seepage which could cause many issues in the home.
