  Ramon and crew just finished leveling the concrete around my pool, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Communication was excellent—they let me know before they arrived and kept me informed throughout. From start to finish, they did an amazing job. They took great care of the pool, addressed every crack in the cement with precision, and showed real attention to detail. On top of that, they left the area cleaner than they found it. Thank you so much for the outstanding work—awesome job, guys!

  Ramon lead the onsite team today from Quality 1st Basement Systems. They showed up on time and were very polite. They did a great job conducting the repairs, and making sure the repair work blended in with the existing surfaces. They thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. We appreciate the team’s work ethic and craftsmanship!

Ramon and his team went above and beyond—returning for a second visit to ensure every detail of our project was completed to perfection. Their professionalism, friendliness, and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the process.   They addressed a critical issue around our pool area, lifting and leveling the surface to ensure proper drainage and eliminate tripping hazards. The transformation is remarkable—not only is the area now safe and functional, but it also looks fantastic.   Did a great job lifting and leveling my front walkway and driveway.   Aidan came to the house and provided a detailed quote and explanation of the job. Very friendly and personable. He also followed up via text when I added the walkway to the job. He even replied at all times of the day when it was obviously not during his business work hours. Kudos to his dedication.   Ramon and his coworker did an excellent job completing the job in a half day. We briefly discussed the job but he fully understood what needed to be accomplished before the words came out of my mouth. Ramon was also real friendly and personable. Made it real easy to chat while I briefly watched, as I was intrigued with the process of poly-jacking.   Overall, happy with the job. A bit pricey but was competitive with another quote that I got. In NJ, I could not find many companies doing poly-jacking.
