Your company needs to realize that the people whom I met with in person were super people to do business with. The personnel who I delt with on the phone were nice people to work with as well. To start, Debra Rayborn was the face of your company who came to my home. She is very knowledgeable on the issues I was dealing with in my home. She described to me the work that your company does and she gave me a book. I read the book and I asked her a few questions over the phone and I got the information I needed to make a decision. Next the three fine men you sent to my home to get the job done, Shai, JB and Elyza. When they showed up at my home Shai walked my basement with me and discussed the work with me. I asked a few questions and he gave me what I was looking for. I also discussed the particulars of my home with him. I discussed the water supply and electrical power outside of my home and in the basement. I discussed a change that I would like to make and he was very accommodating. It required a change order. The work that your three men did in my home is physically demanding. They work hard taking short breaks and right back to work. When they had to come for another half day they took it in stride. I was very appreciative of their efforts and good work. On their last day here, I bought them lunch from Joe’s Meat Shoppe in North Hampton and I gave them each a few extra $. They truly deserved it. Thank-you for having such great people. If you ever need someone to speak on your behalf on the people and quality of their work, I would be happy to. Erickson Foundation Solutions completed a full waterproofing of our basement to include install of an interior drain, two sump pumps and radon protection. The team including Anthony, Kyle and Justin were extremely professional, always on time and completed the job within the timeframe quotes with no issues or concerns. The work completed was top notch and we look forward to not getting any water in our basement again. Highly recommend.

The crew went above and beyond, doing well to explain the installation and results of the job. All contractual items were completed to my satisfaction.

This was a second-round on this installation, and I am very happy with the final result. I was less than satisfied after my initial experience, but the company really came through and turned the experience around. I am very satisfied that my crawlspace and floor have been repaired to the furthest degree possible given the age of the house. I would like to thank Erickson Foundation for completing a tedious job of installing smart jacks in our home. I would also like to thank Spencer and his crew who where polite, friendly and professional. They talked us through each aspect of this project. We are very satisfied for a job well done. We would not hesitate to hire them again. 

A failing unsupported retaining wall and garage foundation wall were replaced and supported, respectively, with Geo-Lock Wall Anchors. The complicated, multi-faceted project was done in an orderly and efficient manner. The work site was cleaned up nicely at the conclusion of the work. The project work crew was conscientious, friendly, and polite. They worked extremely hard under conditions of excessive heat and humidity. Daily end-of-day reviews and plans for the following day at the site with the crew supervisor Nick were especially appreciated.

Working with Erickson Foundation Solutions was the best decision we have made for our historic 1844 home. While other contractors were telling us to lift the house off its foundation and build an entirely new foundation, Erickson was able to work within our budget to strengthen/reinforce the existing fieldstone foundation and straighten the original granite blocks. It was a lot of work over several weeks, but they finished the project on time and BELOW our initial budget. Every employee that we worked with (especially Stephen, Nate, Nick, Abdou) were all very polite, considerate, knowledgeable, and hard working. Always happy to answer my questions and return calls.
