A homeowner in Andover, Massachusetts, had a crack in their garage slab and was concerned about the slab being out of level. Our production team installed PolyLevel and NexusPro to level and seal the slab in the garage. 

This homeowner was concerned with the concrete near their pool steps being uneven. The joint where two concrete slabs met was uneven, as one side had settled over the years. The also forced the joint sealer to split, leaving an unsightly gap or tear.

Rather than replace the concrete, which would be costly and disruptive for their patio, the were pleased to know PolyLevel slab injection was an option. Repairs took less than a day, and they were able to continue using their patio within minutes of installation. Once the slab was leveled, NexusPro was also applied to tidy up the joint and seal it correctly.

In this recent Andover, MA project, a homeowner faced the challenge of a sinking front porch tilting towards their home. This not only caused water to pool against the home but also led to a settlement crack posing a trip hazard. As shown in the before image, these risks were evident.
