Foundation Wall Repair in Franklin, NH

As seen in the photo, this Franklin, NH home's block foundation wall was curving inward with stairstep cracks. The initial concern was wall stability—a common foundation problem that affects many homes. Erickson Foundation Solutions resolved this by implementing our PowerBrace System. By securing zinc-plated steel beams firmly against the wall with strategically placed brackets, we ensured long-term stability for the homeowner. Over time, these beams can be adjusted, not only stopping future inward movement but also potentially reversing the damage. Our professional approach creates safer, stable homes for our community.

EZ Posts Under Home Addition

The existing concrete pillars supporting this home's bump-out addition were sinking and leaning more and more over the years. The bump-out required more stable supports, and so EZ Posts were installed to replace the pillars.

A homeowner in Billerica, Massachusetts, had lived in their home for almost 20 years and this year they started to notice some cracks in their foundation wall. Recently they installed a new oil tank and started to notice cracking after the tank was installed. Their home was built in the 1950s and this is the first issue they have seen with the foundation. To address their concerns they decided to call EFS for a free inspection, our design specialist found the cracks in their foundation wall were forming because of pressure from the exterior of the home.
