The garage slab has sunk a couple of inches and the homeowner would like to have it lifted. EFS recommended injecting PolyLevel under the garage slab to lift it up. 

This home in Westford, MA had a large horizontal crack in it's cinderblock foundation wall. As the wall began to increasingly buckle and lean inwards, the homeowner decided to seek a solution before the problem got worse. 

Our team proposed and installed PowerBrace steel brackets to permanently stabilize the bowing wall. This before and after gallery highlights the PowerBrace system, which will prevent the foundation wall from leaning in any further. The wall anchors can also be tightened to help straighten the wall under certain conditions as well.

A homeowner in Westford, Massachusetts, had been living in their home for the past 30 years. Since they moved in the foundation has had a small horizontal crack along the front-facing wall. Over the past 3 years, the crack had gotten worse and that wall had started to bow inward. Our design specialist recommended installing PowerBraces along the front-facing foundation wall. This homeowner had concerns with the supports in the crawlspace. The floors in the home were sagging and noisy, and the supports in the crawlspace were old, rusted, and unreliable. A number of SmartJacks were installed by Erickson Foundation Supportworks, as well as some reinforcing steel i-beams.
