In Belmont, NH, this homeowner faced sagging floors and growing concerns about structural integrity, as visible in the before photo. Our team at Erickson Foundation Solutions tackled this challenge using the SmartJack® system. By stabilizing the crawl space beams and floor joists, the floors were effectively raised by 1 1/8 inches, as shown in the after picture. This system provided the perfect solution, reinforcing foundational support and restoring the flooring to its original elevation. Our professional approach ensures long-lasting peace-of-mind for homeowners concerned about their home’s stability.
