The homeowner reached out to Erickson Foundation Solutions for a free inspection of their foundation to find a solution for their basement. After inspection, our Design Specialist recommended installing an Auxiliary Wall against the foundation where the wall was bowing outward. Our crew arrived at the home and installed an Auxiliary wall over the bowing section of the foundation. 

In Auburn, MA, a homeowner faced a humid crawl space, under threat with failing wooden support posts and temporary fixes. Notice in the before photo the evident dampness and instability. Our solution? The installation of our SmartJack support system and CleanSpace technology. As you can see in the after photo, we transformed an unsafe, moist crawl space into a stable and dry area, securing the home’s foundation. The owner of a Bed & Breakfast in Bristol, New Hampshire, hosted a wedding that our Project Manager Nate Erickson attended for a family member. Nate had noticed some foundation problems while attending the wedding and decided to leave his business card with the staff of the B&B. The owners decided to call EFS for a free inspection. Our design specialist recommended installing Geolocks, Push Piers, NexusPro, and PolyLevel to repair the foundation wall.

A homeowner in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, moved into their home last October. The previous homeowners noted before they sold the home that there was a crack in the foundation wall behind the garage. The new homeowner decided they wanted to fix the issues before they got any worse so they called EFS for a free inspection of their foundation. Our Design Specialist inspected the entire foundation and recommended installing 3 Geolocks onto the back wall of the garage foundation to straighten and stabilize the foundation wall. 

A homeowner in Fitchburg, Massachusetts had concerns regarding her constantly wet basement. Her existing sump pump failing had led to ankle-deep water puddling in corners of the basement and mold growth. With the homeowner's daughter being allergic to mold, it was essential to waterproof the basement.

Our Design Specialist, Mark Proctor, recommended installing our TripleSafe sump pump system. Unlike other sump systems, the TripleSafe is composed of three pumps. When water gets filtered to the sump basin, the first pump is activated to dispose of the unwanted water. When water levels rise, which can occur during heavy rains or snow melting, the second pump is activated to ensure the sump basin doesn't overflow. Lastly, a battery-powered backup pump adds an extra layer of protection in the event of emergency such as a power outage. Additionally, our installation crew installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. This eliminates moisture in the basement, promoting healthy air quality by removing mold spores and other toxins.

With our basement waterproofing systems installed, mold is subdued, and the basement stays dry all the time!
