I think the Madole encapsulation was the best thing I ever did to improve my home.   I recommend your encapsulation for any older home with a perimeter foundation that has nothing but dirt or some cheap plastic sheeting on the ground.

The crawl space is much warmer and dryer and looks much better.  We have already noted significant improvements in temperature (warmer) and humidity (lower).  I had placed a temperature and humidity monitor in the crawl space in the fall after buying the condo so I could monitor temps when I was not around.  The data from the monitor shows a marked increase in average temperature in the crawl space after installation Feb 24-28 and a marked decrease in humidity around the same time.  I am attaching a couple of screen shots from the monitor that show these changes.  Nice empirical validation of the effectiveness of the work your team completed.    I should also add that the living level just above the crawl space is much warmer as well so again a nice validation of the work.

I was very impressed with the service and professionalism from Madole Construction.  They restored the value of my home and I couldn't be happier.  My house now looks like it is brand new.  Sean and Ray are honest and responsive I am really glad that I chose them for my home repairs.  I have had to get used to using my front door again it hasn't worked in four years until they releveled my house with helical piers.
