Extreme Driveway Repair in Buffalo, MO

Chad had been doing plenty of research of how to fix his extremely cracked driveway. Others had told him the only way to fix was to do a complete tear out and redo, but he was hopeful someone out there could do a repair fix for him. He read our online reviews and had full confidence in Thrasher and our ability. Kyle Linback, one of our System Design Specialists, came out to meet with Chad. After the free inspection, Kyle had found the cracking and settling was due to poor soil compaction and washout over the years. There were voids under the concrete that were the cause of sinking and cracking. Kyle proposed we use our PolyLevel foam to lift and level the concrete back into place, and our NexusPro to fill in the joints and cracks. The great thing about PolyLevel is that it is waterproof and environmentally friendly! Chad was extremely happy with the results, as he was not ready to replace his concrete. Just look at the great work our crew did!

Concrete repair in Runnells, IA

The driveway was cracking so bad they thought they surely had to replace it all. Our crew lifted and leveled all broken concrete even an area that a roofing truck damaged with their level truck levers. We also found what was causing the settlement problem and buried the downspouts away from the concrete stopping the soil from being washed out.

Concrete Leveling in Rogersville, MO

This homeowner in Rogersville, MO has a shed in his backyard that was starting to sinking and was becoming an unsafe space for him to work or use this space. After some consideration of just tearing down the shed completely and starting over, he decided to have Thrasher come take a look and see how we could help his problem.

After inspection of the shed, our crew determined that our PolyLevel foam would be the best option to help this customer get the results he was looking for. PolyLevel foam is an expanding foam that expands and lifts underneath the slab raising the concrete and giving support to the slab without adding any extra weight.

Our customer was extremely happy with the results, we were able to save his shed so he didn't have to replace the whole structure.

Concrete sidewalk repair

This customer's sidewalk was uneven and cracked, creating both a safety hazard and an eyesore leading up to their home. We addressed the problem by using polyurethane foam to lift and level the slabs, followed by applying silicone caulking to seal the joints. The result is a smooth, safe, and visually improved pathway that enhances the curb appeal of the property.

Concrete Repair in Des Moines, IA

This home had a large driveway with deep cracks. The homeowner wanted to extend the life of the concrete for as long as possible and avoid having to replace it at all costs. Concerned with people tripping, they knew they had to get it fixed. They worked with Thrasher Foundation Repair in the past, so they knew how timely and thorough we were on our diagnosis. We sent Mike Portel, System Design Specialist, to inspect the concrete and develop a proposal.

Upon inspection, he confirmed several concrete slabs across the driveway and sidewalk had settled anywhere from 1/2" to 1 1/2". To fix the issue, we used PolyLevel; a foam injected in pea-size holes that fill in voids underneath the surface of the concrete and lifts the current slab to its original position. To fix cracks and joints, we then used NexusPro.

The homeowners were extremely satisfied and surprised with how quick we got it all done!
