The homeowner was concerned with some trip hazards in his driveway and sidewalk. He lives in a 55-plus community and wants his property to be safe. He has had Thrasher do waterproofing and other projects at his previous home and was well acquainted with Thrasher and our products.

We applied our 3 part Concrete Protective Service to lift, level, and seal all the concrete of this duplex. They were so excited to have safe concrete to walk on for them and their neighbors. 

This homeowner was concerned about their unlevel sidewalk because they could be liable for injuries if someone were to fall because of it. We assessed that there was settlement occurring and it would only get worse if it's not fixed. We lifted and leveled the concrete slabs with PolyLevel and then sealed the cracks with NexusPro.  

We lifted this concrete slab back to its original position using PolyLevel. 

Addressing washout-induced settling, we used PolyLevel to lift the walkway and stairs. NexusPro sealed the joints, and we recommended grading adjustments for proper water flow. The customer was thrilled with the results and grateful for the restored functionality and improved aesthetics.

Charles is a homeowner in Topeka, KS, who wanted to preserve and protect his driveway. System Design Specialist Tyler Lothrop went out to Charles’s home, there was some minor settlement and water intrusion underneath the concrete. The crews used PolyLevel, NexusPro Joint Sealant, and SealantPro. We were able to level, seal the cracks and protect the concrete. Charles was impressed by Ian and the crew.
