This Loch Lloyd home had some settlement issues occurring in their driveway. To repair it, we lifted and leveled the concrete using PolyLevel, an injectable foam that expands under the surface. Then we caulked all the joints and cracks with NexusPro. 

This homeowner's front stairs were not level. We were able to fix them by using PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam that's injected underneath the concrete slabs and expands to fill voids and compact the soil. The stairs were lifted and leveled, and tripping hazards are avoided.

In the warmer months, The home would have a bad odor coming from crawl space. This was because there was no encapsulation that prevented the soil moisture from coming into the house from the access window that is in the basement causing mold to grow. 

We used CleanSpace Encapsulation to ensure that the soil moisture was under control, a SmartDrain to collect and disperse the collected water, and a SaniDry to improve the air quality of her home by lowering the air humidity and getting rid of the nasty smell she was dealing with.

This homeowner struggled with water in his basement for a while, however the problem came to light because he has a roommate moving into his basement. He needed to have the space for his roommate to live without worrying about water problems, so he gave us a call for a free estimate.

We sent System Design Specialist Dillon Gubbels to inspect the basement and determine where the water was coming from. Dillon found that water was seeping in through the floor and there was no drainage system for the water to escape out of. When he found this problem, Dillon talked to the homeowner about fully waterproofing the basement, however the homeowner preferred to fix the immediate problem for now, and consider the full waterproofing at a later time. Our team installed a SuperSump+ in order to pump water out of the basement so that the homeowner would not need to worry about water pooling in his basement.
