Nancy K., a homeowner in Lenexa, KS, was finding water in her basement under the garage and wanted to find the source before waterproofing the interior of her home.

Our team came out and determined that the water was coming in due to the sinking of her driveway which created a void that water was able to enter her home.  We lifted the driveway using Polylevel and sealed the cracks with NexusPro to keep the water out.

To encapsulate the space, we applied our CleanSpace waterproof vapor barrier to the entire area to trap all moisture before it escapes into the home. Our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was then installed to rid the home of high humidity levels and purify the air.
