This customer was referred to us by a friend. We were able to provide them with a free estimate, and completed their job shortly after. They were experiencing heavy mold and moisture problems. We cleaned out the crawlspace, installed a sump pump, waterproofing system, and dehumidifier.

Moisture issues and neglect had left this crawl space in pretty rough shape. It is easy to ignore what you can't see under the home, but once it starts affecting your floors and the things you see every day it'll be a lot harder to glance over. Fortunately, things weren't too bad yet for these homeowners, and we were able to use our encapsulation system to remedy what little bit of buckling had occurred. The encapsulation will prevent buckling floors and many other moisture-related issues from beginning, so these homeowners can continue to live without worry!

This homeowner had MidSouth install a full crawl space encapsulation in 2021. This year it was time for another annual maintenance. Service Team Lead, LJ, completed a full inspection and resealed the vent. Now the homeowner can have peace of mind for another year. 

This home was struggling with moisture seeping into the wood under the house. They weren't ready for an encapsulation system yet, but they wanted to get their wood protected and chose our LumberKote application to do the job.
