This moisture finding its way under the slab and causing erosion is why it has also begun to settle and drop away from the wall next to it. Fortunately, we came prepared with solutions for both of these problems. Our expanding foam, PolyFoam, was injected into the created void, filling it in and leveling the slab back up. To prevent this from happening further, we sealed in the crack with NexusPro, a durable and weather-resistant crack sealant. The fear of tripping and future settlement are no longer!
