These homeowners could no longer stand the annoying bump they felt every single time they pulled into their garage, it was time to do something about it. They reached out to us and we were able to send out one of our design specialists to find a solution. Erosion had created a void under the slab, resulting in the driveway slowly settling over time. If left alone, this type of problem can result in a lot more than annoying bumps, including cracks and broken concrete. Fortunately, we were able to use PolyFoam to fill in that void and raise the slab back up before things got much worse. Check out the difference in the two provided images!

This patio has suffered a lot of shifting, it sinks and buckles almost like in waves. The homeowners reached out to us and explained that they hated how aesthetically unpleasing it had become, and they felt like they weren't able to host family because of it. We used the power of our products, PolyFoam and NexusPro, to help them be rid of this problem and feel better about their patio. PolyFoam is injected under the slab to raise sunken areas, while NexusPro is used to seal the joints and cracks, helping to protect it and even it out. Looks aren't the only thing that has changed here, it is also much more secure, and rid of tripping hazards. We hope they enjoy all the future time they spent with family out on this transformed patio!

In Pinola, MS, a homeowner faced a problematic tripping hazard due to concrete settling on their pool patio, as shown in the "before" photo. The uneven surface was a safety concern and an eyesore. Our Midsouth Crawlspace Solutions team used the innovative PolyLevel® system to lift and stabilize the sagging slab, and application of NexusPro® Joint Sealant to secure cracks and joints flawlessly. In the "after" photo, you can see the restored, even patio visually appealing and safe for family gatherings.

This driveway and its cracks have been sealed by our NexusPro Sealant, preventing further water seepage and erosion that would have just made this situation even worse!

Check out these two images that showcase the magic of the PolyLevel system. The homeowners reached out to us concerned about the tripping hazard that had formed on the sidewalk beside their home. It was important that they reached out to us when they did, if left alone, the slab would have continued to settle and eventually begin to crack. By drilling small and noninvasive holes, our concrete team was able to inject some of the expanding PolyFoam under the slab and fill in the holes created by erosion. Using the perfect amount, determined by Matt, our design specialist we originally sent out, we were able to get this sidewalk completely back up to level. You can also see our NexusPro sealant in the joints of the sidewalk. Applying this acts as a barrier against moisture and harsh weather, further protecting the sidewalk. Great job team!
