A homeowner from Lutsen, MN reached out to DBS looking for help with their cracked and unlevel concrete. One of our Design Specialists went to the home to run a free no-obligation estimate appointment. Our Design Specialist provided the homeowner with a free quote for our Concrete Repair Service after a thorough inspection. One of our crews successfully lifted, leveled, and sealed the concrete sidewalk for the homeowner.

This customer was looking to properly waterproof their basement! After a quick response, our design specialist was able to recommended our Brightwall and Waterguard to repair and seal their foundation!

After scheduling the best time with the customer, one of our foremen led the installation of this project with help from their team. The crew began prepping to repair and seal the damaged foundation, clearing any belongings and sealing the area to insure a clean home. Then they began the repair/sealing process to help create a lasting and effective solution. Now this homeowner can relax in their healthy home!

A building in Rice Lake, WI was experiencing issues with leaking water and it was worrying for the owner, due to the damages that can occur from this. In need of a solution, they reached out to DBS for assistance. After thorough inspection, it was concluded that the wall was the main concern for leaking water, and CleanSpace® wall poly would need to be installed. This is an ideal product for an efficient waterproofing system. Along with the CleanSpace®, the building also had WaterGuard® installed at the bottom of the wall to catch any unwanted water along the concrete flooring, as seen in the attached photo.

Homeowners in Brimson, MN had some of the tell-tale issues associated with old basements in the area. Buckling walls were leaking water and causing mold and other major moisture issues. DBS Design Specialist Cole Lekander visited the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate where he evaluated the basement and created a plan of action. From there, our Foreman Zach Royer and his crew installed the WaterGuard® system along the perimeter of the basement.  The SaniDry® dehumidifier is of the highest quality and will assist in controlling humidity in the basement going forward.

After the basement's waterproofing was addressed, the PowerBrace™ Wall Bracing System was then installed to address the cracking and bowing walls. The homeowners were happy with the work done and now enjoy a safe, moisture-free basement.
