This Remer, MN garage was completed in 2005 but the homeowners noticed it began cracking and shifting significantly over the last few years. Wanting a permanent solution to the issue, they contacted DBS for a free, no-obligation estimate.
DBS Design Specialist James Miller visited the home for a thorough inspection. He noticed the garage slanting significantly in the corner opposite the driveway. To correct this issue, recommended foundation support and well as concrete leveling.
DBS Structural Foreman Zach Royer and his crew installed Push Piers to lift the sinking garage. From there, Concrete Foreman Dusting Behning and his crew installed PolyLevel® to lift the concrete and NexusPro™ to fill the cracks.
A homeowner from North Branch, MN reached out to DBS looking for help with the unlevel concrete in their porch. One of our Design Specialists provided the homeowner with a free no-obligation estimate for our Concrete Repair Service after a thorough inspection of the concrete. One of our crews installed our PolyLevel® foam beneath the concrete in order to level the slab and then sealed the cracks with our NexusPro® sealant.
In Harris, MN, which is about an hour north of Minneapolis, a homeowner reached out to DBS because they were faced with the worry of a hollow-sounding concrete slab and the persistent nuisance of water pooling in their garage. Once our Design Specialist, Justin Mundahl, went out to the property, they suggested the use of our PolyLevel to help lift and level the concrete, and our NexusPro to seal off the cracks for permanent water resistance. As shown in the photo gallery, we expertly addressed both surface and structural concerns, ensuring a watertight and stable concrete solution that far exceeded expectations, effectively casting their worries aside.

Driving into his garage in Blackduck, MN, this homeowner noticed the garage floor was not as level as it once was and some cracks had run through. Looking to the walls of the garage, there was a noticeable height difference. The height from the cement to the start of the drywall differed in areas throughout the garage. The makeshift wooden steps he had created for the door to the home no longer sat level. He quickly did a brief internet search and found DBS. With a short, friendly phone call with Kelsey Anderson, the office manager, an appointment was set to have System Design Specialist, Royce Bunn make a trip out to his home in Blackduck to do a thorough inspection and leave him with a free no obligation estimate. After an introduction, the homeowner took Royce through his garage and showed him the problem he had been noticing. Royce did a thorough inspection and gave the homeowner a detailed description of the best possible solution. The installation of PolyLevel® would lift and level the garage slab that had sunken. To properly cure the cracks, NexusPro™ sealant would be the high quality solution that the homeowner was looking for. Following the in-depth explanation, both Royce and the homeowner came to a comfortable price agreement. Royce called back to the shop that same day to find the best time to have the production crew come out to perform the installation. Less than a week later, a crew came out and installed the PolyLevel®. The garage floor was lifted and the steps once again sat correctly on the cement. After the installation, the homeowner no longer had to worry about the unlevel garage or cracks in the floor.
