Rey Radloff

Rey joined our team as an Appointment Specialist in May 2026. Prior to joining American Waterworks, he worked in a similar appointment specialist role, building valuable experience in customer communication and scheduling. He was drawn to the company through a friend and quickly connected with our culture and one-team values.

Now, as a Service Coordinator, Rey is responsible for setting appointments for annual maintenance, answering customer questions and concerns about services and projects, and making new appointments.

Outside of work, Rey enjoys drawing, reading, playing video games, and spending time with his cats and partner.
