Ray joined our TEAM in July 2025 as a Service Technician. Before joining us, he gained experience working in factories, which taught him the importance of teamwork. Ray was excited to join our American Waterworks team because of the opportunity to help homeowners with their home issues. As a part of our Service Team, Ray is responsible for preparing the materials necessary for that day's job, diagnosing problems with the customer's system, providing annual maintenance, and helping to maintain over 25,000 warranties. He is excited to meet new people and help homeowners.
When he is not working, Ray enjoys driving his car around and traveling to Texas. We are so happy to have him on our TEAM!
