Loreal joined our American Waterworks team as an Appointment Specialist in May 2025. Before joining our team, Loreal gained experience working as a customer service representative for over 2 years, where she learned the importance of providing exemplary customer service. As our Appointment Specialist, Loreal is responsible for calling leads, talking to homeowners about their issues, and setting up free estimates. She is most excited to be back in a call center setting as she finds it calming and welcoming.
When she is not in office, you can find Loreal listening to music, watching movies, and spending time with her family. We are so happy to have Loreal on our TEAM!
