Amy Karras

Amy joined our American Waterworks team in May 2025 as an Appointment Specialist. Prior to joining our team, Amy gained valuable experience as a call center representative and retailer. Those roles have allowed her to understand the importance of providing excellent customer service, which makes her the ideal candidate for the role. Amy was drawn to American Waterworks because she wanted to be a part of a team that treats each other like family. As an Appointment Specialist, Amy is responsible for calling leads, talking to homeowners about their issues, and setting up free estimates. Amy is excited to learn about our company and to impact the customer service team in a positive way. 

When she is not in the office, you can find her spending time with her family and friends and watching Minnesota sports. We are so happy to have Amy on our team!
