Amy Karras

Amy joined our American Waterworks team in May 2025 as an Appointment Specialist. Prior to joining our team, Amy gained valuable experience as a call center representative and retailer. Those roles have allowed her to understand the importance of providing excellent customer service, which makes her the ideal candidate for the role. Amy was drawn to American Waterworks because she wanted to be a part of a team that treats each other like family. Now as a Service Coordinator, Amy is responsible for setting appointments for annual maintenance, answering customer questions and concerns about services and projects, and making new appointments. 

When she is not in the office, you can find her spending time with her family and friends and watching Minnesota sports. We are so happy to have Amy on our team!
