Sam joined American Waterworks as a Service Technician in February 2025. Before joining our team, Sam had seven years of experience in construction. He was excited to join our team because he enjoys helping customers achieve their dream homes. As our Service Technician, his day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing problems, finding solutions, and fixing them. Sam informs our customers about what is in their homes, educates them on how it works or how we can fix it, and teaches them what they should watch for.
When Sam is not working, he enjoys spending time with his two kids and traveling to Colorado.
