When Aaron first joined the American Waterworks team in 2018, he worked in the field with our crews and worked his way up to be a Co-Foreman, but now has the role as our Production Coordinator. His time in Production taught him attention to detail, the importance of customer satisfaction, and gave him extensive knowledge about our products and our team, making him the perfect candidate for this position. As our Production Coordinator, Aaron is tasked with helping to confirm time punches for our Production crew, product reviews, staging upcoming jobs, and being an extra set of hands in our warehouse. He is excited for his new role because he was interested in learning new ways that he could help his co-workers and our customers.
When he isn't working, Aaron can be found at a bonfire with friends and family, golfing, or spending time with his wife and daughter. We're so lucky to have Aaron on our team!
