A pair of homeowners in Saint Clair Shores, MI planned to be in their house until it was time to move into a retirement home. One of HomeSpec’s project managers, Jeremiah, visited the residence and evaluated the concrete surrounding the home. He measured the dimensions as well as tested how deep a space was under the slabs. He then conversed with the homeowners about a plan to repair everything. Jeremiah shared that the products HomeSpec would use are PolyLevel® Injection Foam and NexusPro sealant. The crew would drill small holes through the concrete so the PolyLevel® Injection Foam reaches underneath the slabs and it would then lift them into place. Once all of the concrete was leveled, then the team would use NexusPro sealant to protect the joints and cracks. The homeowners agreed to this plan and later watched it come to life thanks to teams led by Domonique and Rick. They were happy with the final results!
