Rudy lives in Indiana but has a rental property here in Michigan. He's looking to sell the property but had to address some foundation issues first. The basement walls have had a crack that has only been getting larger the past 3 years as well as bowing walls. Rudy called Ayers for an inspection and we determined that PowerBraces would be the best solution for his foundation. 

PowerBraces are steel supports that secure to the joists above the foundation. They evenly distribute the weight of the home, strengthening the foundation over time. Rudy will be able to sell the home no problem now, at a much higher price!

Anna's basement wall appeared to be shifting and she was worried it would eventually cave in. She chose Ayers for our foundation repair solutions, so we set a time for a free inspection. After the inspection was complete, our team agreed that GeoLock Wall Anchors would resolve the foundation support issues. This solution consists of large steel plates that are attached to the affected wall and out to stable soil where they are anchored by a smaller plate underground. The system can be tightened over time, potentially straightening the wall to its original position. Outside soil pressures cause these walls to shift, so having these anchors secured out in stable soil will correct this issue. Anna was thankful for the professional foundation help that eased her concerns!

Ronald was searching for a solution to address his cracked foundation wall in the basement. He chose Ayers as the foundation repair experts, so we sent a crew to inspect his home. From the inspection, our System Design Specialists were able to recommend CarbonArmor. This repair system consists of reinforcing straps made from a fiber-reinforced polymer ten times stronger than steel. The straps are attached to the wall with a special epoxy resin and secured to the joists above with steel brackets. With this system, the wall will become stable and secure which will prevent future bowing. Ronald was grateful for this quick, trustworthy solution that will keep his foundation walls in place!

Time and mother nature had taken their toll on Frank's foundation. Frank's floor began to bow, thus he decided to call Ayers and set up a home inspection. An Ayers System Design Specialist determined structural supports were needed to support the home's floor joist. Thus, The team at Ayers suggested and installed SmartJacks! The SmartJack system utilizes a load-bearing concrete base and steel columns that are connected to the floor joist. Once installed, The SmartJack system was able to raise Frank's floor back to level and permanently stabilize his home!
