The homeowners in Grand Rapids, MI had vertical cracks going down one of their walls in their basement. Our professional team installed the GeoLock Wall Anchors system to fix this homes foundation. Wall anchors work by extending from your wall to the stable, hard packed soil beyond your home. They anchor into these stronger soils and brace the foundation wall, preventing further movement. Liz's beautiful home enjoys a beautiful from her back porch, but due to the home's placement on a slope, it began to settle and cause the foundational soil to become compromised. Not fixable herself, Liz needed a reliable contractor so she contacted Ayres.

Our foreman Evan was able to inspect the surrounding area and draft a plan to fix the home that both parties could agree to. Even prescribed a set of Helical Piers to reintroduce stability into the home's foundational soil. The piers are long screw-shaped metal drives that are installed at an angle under the home. The drives are driven deep past the weak soil till they find frim ground. The tops of the drives are fitted with concrete blocks that provide a flat surface for the home to rest upon.

We were called when Jennifer noticed a crack outsdie her home. This Comstock Park home is settling in the back and is causing some issues to the home. The corner where the home is settling has cracked brick and some spots are look as if they are deteriorating.
