We determined from an inspection that SmartJacks would help with stabilization. This solution is an adjustable supplemental support system used for sagging crawl spaces. SmartJacks are installed by attaching steel support beams to the floor joists and rest on a sturdy base in the ground. They even can support loads of more than 60,000 pounds.
