CleanSpace utilizes a heavy-duty plastic liner that acts as a waterproof barrier when encapsulating the entire area! In Niles, MI, there was a humid, dusty, and dirty crawl space that was causing the home to smell musty due to excess moisture. By installing our CleanSpace product, Ayers successfully applied a water vapor barrier to reduce humidity in the crawl space and prevent water from entering.

A home built in 1967 with a block foundation began showing signs of mold in the crawl space. The homeowners noticed a mildew smell and called Ayers to investigate.
