Mike was sick and tired of dealing with excess water in his basement due to his failing sump pump, so he called Ayers to fix it. Our team of experts visited his home to inspect his basement and offer a recommendation. After examining the space, the team confirmed the TripleSafe sump pump system was the best solution. The TripleSafe system is designed to prepare for sump pump failure. TripleSafe uses three separate pumps, the primary, backup, and even a third, battery-powered pump, just in case the power goes out. Mike was ecstatic to have a dry basement!

A customer had concrete slabs that were sinking in her back patio so she called our team. We installed PolyLevel, a system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk by using a new product to lift the concrete slabs back to their original level. The new product used is a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to raise the concrete. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes. Also, the PolyLevel system is waterproof and long-lasting.

Edward wanted to install an Egress window into his basement and chose us at Ayers Basement Systems. Our crew conducted an inspection, determined where the window would be going, and got the necessary tools for the installation. The installation went smoothly, and Edward was thrilled with the final result! 

Amanda had water coming in her basement and it is now standing water. She needed a solution to the standing water and wanted it fixed so it woulnd't happen again. We decided the WaterGuard was the best option for her and the leaks. The drain is installed under the floor and collects the water that seeps into the basement. The WaterGuard takes the water collected and drains it to the sump pump to be expelled out of the home.

Dawn was looking for a permanent resolution to the pools of water in her basement that would appear after heavy rains. She called Ayers, hopeful we would be able to relieve her stress over these water leaks. We sent out a crew and it was determined she could use our SuperSump Plus, our WaterGuard System, as well as our SaniDry XP Basement Dehumidifier. 

The SuperSump Plus is perfect for Dawn's situation with the water leaks only happening occasionally after heavy rains. It can pump 2200 gallons of water an hour at an 8 foot head. The WaterGuard System was installed in the sub-floor along the perimeter of the basement to act as a drainage system. It will collect any dirt and water and keep it away from your foundation. The final installment was our SaniDry XP Basement Dehumidifier and this product creates clean and dry air which prevents mold growth.

Dawn was satisfied with these waterproofing installments as she is now worry-free of these water leaks damaging her precious belongings!
