We responded to a call from Andrew, who was looking into a waterproofing system for his basement. He chose Ayers for our years of waterproofing expertise. We sent a crew to the home for a free inspection. Our system design specialists recommended our WaterGuard system. This interior drainage system will collect the water leaking through his basement wall. The water is then sent to his sump pump to keep it off his belongings. To conceal the drain, we pour concrete over the top that will help it blend in. Andrew is elated with the permanent solution provided to him!

Charlene's Sanford, MI home was built in the 1930s and her block foundation gets water in the corner of her basement whenever it rains. She finally got tired of cleaning up the puddles on the floor with a wet-vac, so she called Ayers for an inspection. 

Out crew determined that WaterGuard would be the perfect solution for Charlene. WaterGuard is a sub-floor waterproofing system that collects water that leaks through the walls and keeps dirt away from the foundation. It is installed along the perimeter of the foundation. Concrete is poured on top and regular flooring can be placed on top. 

Christine noticed moisture was entering her crawl space and causing mold growth. She knew this could lead to structural damage, so she called Ayers for help. Our specialists stopped by and recommended installing EverLast doors. Crawl space doors are often constructed of plywood or similar materials that fail to eliminate moisture. The EverLast door is made from a durable plastic that will not shrink, crack, or warp under certain conditions. Christine is happy to have a dry crawl space!
