Sue's old sump pump failed after the last storm, and water was pooling on her basement floor. She knew she needed it replaced, so she researched her options online and called Ayers to learn about our waterproofing solutions. We sent a crew of experts to evaluate, and they recommended installing the TripleSafe sump pump. TripleSafe is equipped with three separate pumps to prevent failure: the primary, the backup, and a battery-powered backup in case of power outages. Sue is relieved to have a new pump and a dry basement!

Glenda worked at a church over 100 years old and noticed water intrusion in the basement. She called Ayers for solutions, so we sent a team to the church. We recommended our WaterGuard and TripleSafe sump pump system to keep heavy water volumes under control. First, we installed WaterGaurd below the basement floor around the walls to ensure leaks get collected in this drainage system. To conceal the drain, we pour concrete over it. Next, we replaced her old corroded sump pump with TripleSafe. This three-pump system fits in one durable liner and can keep up with higher volumes of water. Glenda is thrilled to keep this church in better shape for all the visitors!

Lowell has some issues with his home being cold and pipes freezing in the winter. He wanted to insulate his crawl space and seal it off from the outside to solve these problems. We first insulated the crawl space to help keep the cold air out and warm air in. We then laid down the CleanSpace Liner which is a thick durable liner which keeps water vapor, pests, mold, and humidity out of the area. 

Chuck's Rives Junction, MI home was built in 1972. The original builder tried to cut every corner that they could. There was no sump pump, no drain tile, and the block foundation was never sealed properly. The home was experiencing waterproofing and structural issues. There was only one place in the corner of the basement where water crept in, it was a miracle that the home wasn't a swimming pool. Chuck called Ayers for an inspection, and we determined that he would need WaterGuard, CleanSpace Wall System, and TripleSafe sump pump to address the waterproofing needs.

WaterGuard is a sub-floor waterproofing system that collects water that leaks through the walls and keeps dirt away from the foundation. It is installed along the perimeter of the basement and on top of the footing of the foundation. Concrete is poured on top and regular flooring can be placed on top. CleanSpace Wall System is a moisture barrier that uses a thick plastic liner along basement and crawl space walls to keep them dry and last decades longer. It also has antibacterial properties that prevent mold and bacteria growth.  Damp air takes more energy to heat and cool. Cutting down on the moisture in the crawl space, in turn, will cut down on how much it costs to heat or cool the home. The TripleSafe sump pump system utilizes three pumps in order to remove excess water from the basement. The second and third pumps are in case of emergencies so the basement can remain dry, even when the power goes out.

Robert's concerns grew when the water damage in his basement appeared more noticeable. He called Ayers for our years of experience in waterproofing solutions. Our system design specialists inspected the water intrusion and determined our WaterGuard system would resolve these issues. This interior draiange system rests in the subfloor of the basement below the wall. This placement ensures water that seeps through is collected and directed to the sump pump rather than the floor.
