This Dewitt home had water in the basement but the homeowners needs a fix. They wanted to sell the home within 2 years and they knew they could not do that with water intrusions. WaterGuard was used to collect the water that leaks in and send it to the sump pump. The drain is below the floor but above the foundation so it won't clog. All concrete is restored after installation so there is not an unsightly drain in your space.

Terrence and Nola had water seeping in through their basement whenever it rained. After inspection, we determined that they would need a new sump pump and draining system to remove excess water. Our TripleSafe sump pump system utilizes three pumps in order to remove excess water from your basement. The second and third pump are in case of emergencies so your basement can remain dry, even when the power goes out. We also installed our WaterGuard draining system. It's a sub-floor waterproofing system that collects water that seeps through basement walls and drains it to your sump pump. When your crawl space is only 36" high, you need those 36" to be as well kept as possible. It's difficult for you OR your hired contractors to get around in there (although we've worked in crawl spaces much smaller) so it's good to get things in order once and be confident they'll stay that way.

That's what we did here by installing the CleanSpace system with drainage matting and SilverGlo wall insulation. Now the crawl space is clean and dry and will stay that way.
