The homeowners had water puddling in their basement in Goshen, IN. They were trying to wipe it all up with towels, but that was not enough. 

Our professional team installed our WaterGuard long-lasting interior perimeter drainage system. The WaterGuard system sits on the top of the footing in your basement to prevent clogging. The system captures water seepage from the foor and walls into the drains. The system then directs the water to the sump pump and the sump pump then effectively removes the water from the home. The before picture shows the WaterGuard system installed in the basement and the after picture shows the finished product! The team puts a layer of concrete of the system to ensure that your basement is clean and dry! 

Gayla was looking to seal off her sewage pipe as it was leaking down the wall. She decided to contact us at Ayers Basement Systems and have an inspection done. The team at Ayers determined that the BrightWall system would be perfect for the situation! BrightWall utilizes rigid plastic sheeting that is waterproof and creates a vapor barrier! Any drainage from the pipe will go behind the system and to the drain on the floor! 

Cracks in your basement wall are never good. They're worse when they're leaking. Even worse? The crack is behind the board where your electrical outlets are (see arrows in before picture).

After removing the board, fixing the crack was simply a matter of installing the FlexiSpan Foundation Crack Repair System, which is a combination of a flexible polyurethane polymer and a drainage well to both reroute the water and adapt to the crack as the walls settle.

With traditional crack repair methods you fix the crack, and then the new crack that branches off when the walls shift, and then the new crack that comes from the change in seasons and temperatures, and etc. FlexiSpan's durable and flexible nature means you fix it once and you're done.

The homeowner in Paw Paw, MI called in and explained her situation to us. The home is set on a high water table area and regularly experiences water coming in from the floor and walls. They found about half of the floor was covered in water. It was time for Ayers to come in and solve this issue. 

Our System Design Specialist reviewed the damage and offered a solution. Ayers would install a French Drain System to prevent and protect from water entering the basement, leaving it dry! Our French Drain System is installed underneath the flooring near the perimeter of the basement walls to capture any water from the floor/walls. The water that is captured is run down to the sump pump. From there, the sump pump discharge the water outside through a discharge line located outside underground. 

A customer was afraid her heating bill was increasing because she was losing heat to her crawl space. So she called our team and we installed SilverGlo, a set of waterproof foam panels used on the walls of your crawl space in order to insulate it. Uninsulated crawl spaces cost you money each year by increasing your heating and cooling bills. SilverGlo blocks all moisture and is made of inorganic material which prevents mold, rot or mildew from forming. Overall, it will keep your crawl space dry and insulated which will save you lots of money over the years.
