This single concrete driveway slab was sinking into the hillside in Richmond, KY, before we raised and stabilized it with our PolyLevel foam jacking method. PolyLevel is an expansive foam that is much cleaner than alternative mud jacking methods. If this slab was mud jacked, you would see mud flow everywhere. Now that the void is filled and the slab is raised back to normal, the homeowner doesn't have to worry about their driveway cracking.

We used our special foam called PolyLevel to slabjack this Winchester, KY, home's driveway and sidewalk. The foam is super light, strong, and clean, making for a much more effective alternative to mudjacking. After we leveled everything out, we then sealed all the cracks, gaps, and surfaces with our durable sealants. You can see just how much we lifted the sidewalk by looking at the gap between the porch slab and the top of the step in the before photo. This sidewalk is now ready for a much longer, prettier life!

This driveway in Corbin, KY, had become uneven over time. Different slabs were settling at different paces, and the result was many tripping hazards for the neighborhood kids. The homeowners wanted their driveway leveled and sealed so that their driveway was safe of tripping hazards, and so that their driveway has a longer life-span. We do our leveling with our PolyLevel foam which is less invasive, stronger, and has a quicker install time than mud jacking. 

In Clay City, Kentucky, the homeowner faced an unlevel sidewalk, posing safety risks and decreasing curb appeal. As you can see in the before photo, certain sections were noticeably sunken. Our team addressed this by utilizing the PolyLevel® system, injecting high-strength polyurethane foam to accurately lift and stabilize the concrete slabs. To prevent future issues, we applied NexusPro® Joint Sealant, effectively sealing cracks and joints. The after photo showcases the polished, level surface that not only enhances safety but also sustains the structure’s integrity over time.

This concrete slab in Stanton, KY, had settled into the ground, causing the porch to slope aggressively down and away from the front door. If you look closely at the before picture, you can see that the homeowner had to wedge a brick between the column and the slab to support the roof overhang above the porch. We went out and injected our PolyLevel foam beneath the slab in order to lift and level the concrete back to where it was poured originally. After we restored the porch, we then lifted the sidewalk to match the newly transformed porch slab. The homeowner was very happy with the outcome, and most of all, not having to worry about their overhanging roof's structural soundness.
